Job Summary:

We are seeking an experienced and hands-on Construction Site Foreman to oversee daily site operations, coordinate workers, monitor progress, and ensure compliance with safety and quality standards. The ideal candidate will have strong leadership skills, technical expertise, and the ability to drive work to timely completion.

Key Responsibilities:

• Supervise and coordinate the activities of site workers and subcontractors.
• Ensure construction activities are carried out according to plans, specifications, and quality standards.
• Monitor daily site progress and prepare activity reports.
• Enforce safety regulations and promote a safe working environment.
• Allocate work and resources effectively to meet deadlines.
• Liaise with site engineers, project managers, and suppliers to ensure smooth workflow.
• Identify and resolve site challenges promptly.

Requirements:

• Minimum of OND or equivalent in Civil Engineering, Building Technology, or related field.
• Proven experience as a foreman in a construction environment (minimum 3 years).
• Strong knowledge of construction methods, materials, and safety regulations.
• Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to read and interpret construction drawings.
• Physically fit and willing to work on-site under varying condition
