Ensure visibility of company products in shops, streets, supermarkets, and open markets within the area assigned.
Track individual and team sales performance; provide feedback and coaching.
Implement daily and weekly sales plans and ensure the same for your sales team.
Hand key client issues and interactions and resolve escalated issues.
Prepare and present sales report on a weekly basis to management.
Monitor market trends and competitors’ activities and provide feedback to management.
Qualifications:
Diploma or bachelor’s degree in business, sales, marketing, or a related field.
Minimum of 3 years of experience in field sales with at least one year in a supervisory or team-leading position, and should know how to work in the role of ASM in bringing on primary sales orders from distributors.
Proven track record of achieving sales targets and managing a small team.
Experience in the oil, seasoning, and cube market.
