• As a Mobile developer, you’ll work in a fast-paced environment in collaboration with internal teams to develop functional mobile applications.
• The successful candidate will also need to be able to demonstrate the application of modern digital development paradigms. Ultimately, you should be able to design and build the next generation of our mobile applications using Flutter.

Responsibilities

• Design and build modern and highly scalable apps using Flutter.
• Build custom packages in Flutter using the functionalities and APIs already available in native Android and IOS.
• Translate and build the designs and wireframes into high-quality responsive UI code.
• Write efficient queries for core data.
• Use of Model-View-Controller (MVC) as it relates to designing, developing architecture and developing maintainable, testable and functional software that meets product requirements.
• Explore feasible architectures for implementing new features.
• Resolve any problems existing in the system, suggest and add new features in the complete system.
• Suggest space and time-efficient Data Structures.
• Follow the best practices in developing applications and also keeping all workflow structured and well documented.
• Use CI/CD for smooth deployment.
• Document the project and code efficiently.
• Manage the code and project on Git to keep in sync with other team members and managers.
• Communicate with the Project Manager regarding the status of projects and suggest appropriate deadlines for new functionalities.
• Ensure security guidelines are always followed while developing the app.
• Validate the cloud system to ensure any new changes do not compromise the security of the backend server.
• Suggest new features and/or enhancements.
• Consulting with our customer-facing representatives about software system design and maintenance.
• Interact with the Product Manager to help understand end-user feedback.
• Maintaining software through product lifecycle including design, development, verification, and bug fixes.
• Connect regularly with the Quality Assurance Specialist to deliver a stable app.
• Resolve all the bugs reported by the Quality Assurance Specialist promptly.
• Perform time profiling and memory leaks assessment.
• Execute the app verification protocol.
• Write tests for the App.
• Following company policies and quality procedures to ensure quality product deliverables.
• Perform other duties as may be delegated by own manager or senior members of the team.

Requirements
Qualifications:

• Bachelor's / Master's Degree / HND / OND / PhDs / Doctorates
• Desire to work in a startup environment, able to self-manage and work remotely
• The ability to learn in a fast-paced environment
• Experience in developing two or more iOS/Android apps using Flutter-either deployed on the AppStore/Google Play or available on GitHub;
• Proven working experience in software development
• 3+ years in mobile software development;
• Experience with third-party libraries and APIs;
• Understanding of the Agile development life-cycle;
• Experience with automated testing and building;
• Experience with Git, Jenkins, or other version control tools;
• Ability to write readable code, create extensive documentation for existing code, and refactor the previously written code into a readable state.
• Intermediate+ English skills.
• Ability to work with Figma
• Strong knowledge of the Heroku platform
• Understanding of database and data structure (Postgres and MongoDB)
• Working knowledge of the general mobile landscape, architectures, trends, and emerging technologies
• Good communication skills in English.

Desirable:

• Java/Swift experience;
• Understanding of Android Keyboard API;
• Experience with optimizing applications for Material Design.
• Experience developing recurring/subscription billing solutions.
