Flutter Developer (with PHP/Laravel Backend) at Favex Technology Limited

Role Overview

• We are seeking a trusted and highly skilled Flutter Developer who also has strong backend expertise in PHP Laravel.
• This is a must-have combination for the role.
• The ideal candidate will have built and launched a complete mobile app (from A–Z) using Flutter for the mobile front-end and PHP Laravel for the backend.
• This is a full-time position, open to remote or hybrid work, but candidates must be based in Lagos for occasional in-person collaboration.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead the design, development, and maintenance of the Favex mobile app using Flutter
• Develop and maintain backend services using PHP Laravel
• Manage and optimize server infrastructure for performance, scalability, and security
• Work with cross-functional teams to deliver features and improvements
• Ensure best practices in coding, architecture, and data security
• Integrate blockchain functionalities where necessary
• Mentor and guide junior developers

Mandatory Requirements

• Must have built a complete mobile app using Flutter from start to finish (A–Z)
• Must have used Flutter for mobile development and PHP Laravel for backend in the same project
• Proven ability to integrate backend services with mobile apps
• Strong server management and deployment experience
• Must be based in Lagos and available for full-time work (remote/hybrid)
• High level of integrity and trustworthiness
