Educational Requirement

• A degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field, or equivalent experience in mobile application development.

Technical Skills

• Proficiency in Flutter and Dart for cross-platform mobile development.
• Strong understanding of Material and Cupertino frameworks for creating smooth native experiences across platforms.
• Experience with state management tools such as Provider, Bloc, or Riverpod (Bloc preferred).
• Hands-on experience in app localization for supporting multi-language users.
• Ability to integrate and consume third-party APIs.
• Knowledge of tools like Flutter DevTools for debugging and performance analysis.
• Experience in deploying and managing apps on both the Google Play Store and Apple App Store, including handling app updates, versioning, and compliance with store guidelines.
• Strong Git skills for version control and familiarity with collaboration platforms like GitHub.

Work Experience

• Minimum 2–3 years of experience in Flutter development.
• Portfolio of successfully deployed apps showcasing scalability and user-centric design.

Key Responsibilities

• Maintain and enhance existing apps by adding new features and optimizing existing ones.
• Collaborate with designers to implement intuitive user experiences.
• Troubleshoot, debug, and resolve issues across various devices and platforms.
• Ensure app security, performance, and scalability standards are met.
• Oversee the deployment of apps to the Google Play Store and Apple App Store, ensuring compliance with platform guidelines and timely updates.
