Job Overview

• As we expand, we are looking for a talented Flutter App Developer to join our team and help build next-generation mobile and web applications.
• As a Flutter App Developer, you will be responsible for designing, developing, and maintaining cross-platform mobile and web applications using Flutter.
• You will work closely with our backend engineers, designers, and product team to ensure a smooth, high-performance user experience.

Key Responsibilities
API Integration:

• Work extensively with RESTful APIs and third-party services.
• Optimize API calls for performance and low latency.

State Management:

• Implement and manage application state using Provider, Riverpod, Bloc, or GetX.
• Ensure efficient data handling while maintaining UI responsiveness.

Scalability & Performance:

• Develop applications that can handle high traffic loads without performance degradation.
• Optimize app startup time and memory usage.

CI/CD & Deployment:

• Implement Continuous Integration and Continuous Deployment (CI/CD) pipelines for automated builds and deployments.
• Use Codemagic, GitHub Actions, or Bitrise to enable weekly updates without downtime.

Security & Data Protection:

• Implement best security practices, including JWT authentication, data encryption, secure storage, and protection against API abuse.

Push Notifications & Multi-Platform Support:

• Implement push notifications using Firebase Cloud Messaging (FCM) and Apple Push Notification Service (APNs).
• Ensure smooth functionality across iOS, Android, and Web (PWA).

Flutter for Web & PWA Deployment:

• Optimize Flutter web apps for speed, lightweight performance, and SEO-friendliness.
• Deploy Flutter apps as Progressive Web Apps (PWAs).

Best Practices for Web Optimization:

• Implement lazy loading, code splitting, caching strategies, and tree shaking.
• Ensure fast page load times and smooth animations.

What We’re Looking For

• 3+ years of Flutter development experience.
• Strong expertise in Dart, Flutter SDK, and third-party libraries.
• Hands-on experience with API integrations and state management.
• Experience with high-traffic applications and performance optimizations.
• Deep understanding of CI/CD, security best practices, and app deployment.
• Prior experience deploying Flutter to Web (PWA) and handling multi-platform challenges.
• Familiarity with Agile development, Git, and DevOps tools.
