Description 

• We are currently seeking a dynamic and experienced individual to join our team as a Flight Operations Controller. The successful candidate will play a key role in coordinating and overseeing flight operations, ensuring compliance with regulations, and contributing to the overall success of our clients' missions.

Responsibilities

• Monitor and control flight operations, ensuring adherence to regulatory requirements and company policies.
• Collaborate with flight crews, ground services, and other relevant stakeholders to facilitate efficient and timely flight operations.
• Analyze and interpret flight plans, weather data, and other relevant information to make informed decisions and adjustments as needed.
• Proactively identify potential issues and provide timely solutions to ensure the smooth execution of flights.
• Work closely with aviation authorities to obtain necessary permits and clearances for international flights.
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of flight operations activities.
• Provide exceptional customer service by addressing client inquiries and concerns related to flight operations.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Aviation Management, Aeronautical Science, or a related field or equivalent.
• Previous experience in flight operations coordination or a similar role within the aviation industry.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to make quick and effective decisions in a dynamic environment.
• Familiarity with aviation regulations, including but not limited to ICAO and local authorities.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to interact with diverse teams and clients.
• Ability to work under pressure and handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
• Self-motivated with the capability to work independently with little or no supervision.

Other Requirement:

• Valid Flight Dispatch License is an added advantage
