Fleet Supervisor at Medplus Ltd

Job Description

• Procure vehicles, whether through lease, purchase, or other means, according to company requirements
• Register, obtain licenses, and insure the company’s vehicles as required.
• Hire well-performing drivers and in-house technicians (if applicable)
• Partner with reputable repair and maintenance shops in favorable locations
• Oversee and schedule vehicle inspection, maintenance, and servicing to minimize downtime
• Maintain all vehicle information and inspection records, whilst ensuring the fleet’s compliance with applicable regulations.
• Ensure that drivers follow their designated working hours and manage drivers’ attendance and behavior.
• Reduce unnecessary expenses, increase fuel efficiency Guarantee excellent client service
• Analyze fleet performance data, improve accordingly, and report fleet performance and finances to management

Requirements/Qualification

• Degree in any field of study
• Minimum 2 years of experience in a logistics role, preferably experience working in the transportation industry.
• Detailed oriented and good problem-solver as well
• Possess outstanding communication and interpersonal skills.
• Exceptional analytical abilities, organizational skills, and knowledge of computer applications.
