Fleet Supervisor at Ascentech Services Limited

Salary: N170,00-N200,000

Responsibilities:

• Oversee the daily operations of the vehicle fleet.
• Ensure all vehicles are properly maintained and serviced.
• Manage driver schedules and assignments.
• Monitor vehicle performance and fuel consumption.
• Coordinate repairs and maintenance with external vendors.
• Ensure compliance with all relevant laws and regulations.
• Manage fleet budgets and control costs.
• Conduct regular inspections of vehicles and equipment.
• Train and supervise drivers and other fleet personnel.
• Maintain accurate documentation records of vehicle maintenance and repairs.
• Ensure all drivers have the necessary licenses and certifications.
• Implement safety programs and conduct safety training.
• Monitor and report on fleet performance metrics.
• Resolve any issues or complaints related to fleet operations.
• Develop and maintain relationships with vendors and suppliers.
• Ensure timely delivery of goods and services.
• Implement strategies to improve fleet efficiency and reduce costs.
• Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices.

Other Requirement

• BSC, HND In related field
• 4+ years of FMCG experience
• Ability to interpret large amounts of data and to multi-task
• Strong communication and presentation skills
• Excellent knowledge of statistical packages , databases and MS Office
• Good driving and repair skills
