As the Fleet Operations Manager, you will oversee the end-to-end management of the company’s vehicle fleet, ensuring optimal performance, cost efficiency, compliance, and seamless operational delivery.
Responsibilities
Manage and coordinate all fleet operations including maintenance, scheduling, and performance monitoring
Supervise fleet officers, mechanics, electricians, and drivers to ensure operational efficiency
Implement fleet management systems and monitor vehicle performance, costs, and fuel usage
Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements, vehicle documentation, and safety standards
Develop operational plans, manage budgets, and optimize fleet utilization to reduce downtime
Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Transport Management, Business Administration, or related field
Minimum of 4 years experience in fleet management or operations roles
Strong knowledge of fleet management systems, vehicle maintenance, and logistics operations
Professional certification in Logistics, Transport, or Operations Management is an advantage
Strong leadership, problem-solving, and organizational skills
