    Fixed Income Sales Relationship Manager

    Key Duties and Responsibilities

    • Recommend security trades on behalf of institutional and retail clients based on equity research relating to fixed income investments.
    • Develop and monitor assessments on portfolio risk
    • Manage daily trading to ensure timely execution of the orders and confirming that they are in compliance with regulatory policies.
    • Maintain and update records of fixed-income securities.
    • Lead new business meetings and close sales to institutional and retail investors
    • Cultivate prospects and/or clients
    • Initiate and follow up on new business opportunities.
    • Lead new business meetings and close sales to institutional and retail investors
    • Make investment recommendations on organization based on detailed company analysis covering corporate profile, products & services, cost drivers, financial ratios (including comparisons over time and comparisons with competitors
    • Review valuation for business and financial assets and develop risk management processes
    • Ensure all transactions are concluded in line with regulatory requirements and close is achieved in a timely fashion

    Key Requirements

    Education and Work Experience

    • Bachelor's or master's degree in finance, business administration, economics, mathematics, computer science, or a related field
    • Five to seven (5-7) years working experience in related field.

    • Sound knowledge of the fixed income market
    • Exhibit high-level market knowledge and ability to converse with financial advisors on investment solutions and current economic and market conditions
    • Excellent selling skills
    • Good knowledge of the Microsoft office suite
    • Excellent oral and written communication skills

    • Problem solving and analytical skills to interpret sales performance and market trend information
    • Proven ability to lead and motivate sales team
