Fit-Out (Finishing) Supervisor at Pirotti Project Limited

ROLES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Responsible for the supervision of all interior works, including labour force, quality control and coordination with clients and management.
• Must be able to understand drawings & details, material finishes, construction material requirements and high attention to detail.
• Manage and review designs in coordination with technical standards and construction procedures.
• Should be able to perform setting-out plans as per approved drawings.
• Material and manpower planning and management
• Should be able to work with a high accuracy and handle the workplace requirements efficiently.
• Responsible for built in cupboards, kitchen fit outs etc.
• Should have fair knowledge of electrical and MEP works.
• Basic & detail engineering for provision of earthling pits of electrical installation
• Civil and Architectural Works- installation of architectural interiors such as wall and enclosure works, ceiling works, flooring works and also responsible for custom fittings such as Lighting fixtures etc.
• Electrical Works- supplying and installing series of electrical components such as convenience outlets, lighting fixtures, as well as other electrical configuration.
• Air conditioning works- Installation of air-cooling units
• Structured Cabling Works- Includes supply and installation of IT components and configurations such as voice and data nodes, Wi-Fi access.
• Plumbing and sanitary works, supply of water line, drain line, and vent line for wet points.
• Fire Safety-Includes fire detection and alarm system, and fire protection works.
• Must have knowledge of Hotel & Conference Centre Fit Outs as well as Residential Buildings Fit Outs and Commercial and or Office Fit Outs
• Must have knowledge of High-End Interior design fit-outs and works.
• Planning of work & proper reporting by prepare daily and weekly progress reports.
• Supervise teams of Carpenters, Masons, Plumbers, Electricians and Low Voltage Technicians
• Good understanding of project control with respect to Quality and Time management
• Honest, discipline, self-motivated and hardworking
• Willing to take up additional roles and responsibilities as and when required.
• Proactive in ensuring the accomplishment of organizational goals & objectives.
