Fire Extinguisher Technician

Responsibilities
- Checking each fire extinguisher in a building to ensure it is up to code and not expired.
- Recharging units.
- Assisting in fire safety inspections.
- Performing training for building occupants on the proper use of a fire extinguisher and other fire safety equipment.
- Servicing, maintenance and repair of fire extinguishers.
- Planning and organizing work.
- Carrying out risk assessments and H&S responsibilities.
