Job Summary

• We are seeking a skilled and detail-oriented Finishing Tiles Supervisor with a strong background in construction site supervision and hands-on experience in tile installation.
• The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing the execution of all tile finishing work on-site, ensuring quality workmanship, adherence to project timelines, and compliance with safety and building standards.

Key Responsibilities

• Supervise and coordinate the activities of tile installers and finishing teams on-site.
• Inspect and ensure high-quality installation of wall, floor, and decorative tiles according to design specifications and project requirements.
• Monitor progress to ensure work is completed on schedule and within budget.
• Read and interpret blueprints, technical drawings, and material specifications.
• Coordinate with the project manager, subcontractors, and suppliers to ensure timely delivery of materials and work sequencing.
• Conduct quality checks and ensure tile work meets design, durability, and alignment standards.

Qualifications and Requirements

• Candidates should possess an HND / Bachelor’s Degree minimum of 3 – 5 years of experience in tile installation and supervision within the construction industry.
• In-depth knowledge of various types of tiles, adhesives, grouting, and finishing techniques.
• Proven ability to lead a team and manage site activities independently.
• Ability to read and interpret construction drawings and tile layouts.
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality.
