Finished Goods Quality Assistant Engineer at Spiro

Responsibilities

• Identify defects, analyse root causes, and implement corrective actions to prevent recurrence.
• Develop and execute test plans to validate the quality and performance of finished vehicles, including electrical systems, safety features, and overall vehicle functionality.
• Work closely with the production team to ensure quality standards are maintained during the manufacturing process, providing feedback and guidance as needed.
• Track and report quality metrics, such as defect rates, customer complaints, and warranty claims, to identify trends and areas for improvement.
• Drive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance product quality, reduce defects, and improve overall efficiency.
• Conduct RCAs for quality issues and implement effective corrective actions to prevent future occurrences.
• Maintain accurate records of quality inspections, test results, and corrective actions for auditing and compliance purposes.

Requirements

• Interested candidates should possess an HND / OND / Bachelor's Degree with 2 years of work experience.
