Educational & Professional Requirements

• A degree in Accounting or any other related field. 
• Certification in ACA/ACCA/ ICAN
• Minimum of 8-10 years of experience in accounting and treasury management.

Role Responsibilities:
Treasury and Cash Flow Management

• Prepare monthly cash flow forecasts and projections; monitor actuals against forecasts and provide variance analysis reports.
• Manage daily cash positions, including oversight of borrowed funds and overall liquidity.
• Ensure efficient allocation of funds to meet operational and strategic needs.
• Oversee cash disbursements, transfers, and receipts while ensuring strong internal controls and segregation of duties.

Investment and Asset Management

• Identify and manage profitable investment opportunities in line with company strategy.
• Oversee the management of company assets and facilities.
• Lead the application process for new loans and funding as required.

Banking and Relationship Management

• Build and maintain effective working relationships with Bank Relationship Managers to ensure smooth transaction processing.
• Review the performance of financial service providers regularly to identify and mitigate risks.

Foreign Exchange and Risk Management

• Monitor, assess, and mitigate foreign currency exposures to minimize financial risks.
• Ensure timely settlement of obligations including raw materials and other production consumables.
