RESPONSIBILITIES

• Develop and implement nancial guidelines and strategies that align with the company’s goals and objectives.
• Accurately dissect and analyze quantitative information on nancial position, liquidity and cash ows of the business.
• Lead the budgeting process and provide accurate nancial forecasts to support decision-making.
• Prepare and present detailed nancial reports, including income statements, balance sheets, and cash ow statements, with a focus on accuracy and clarity.
• Monitor and manage cash ow to ensure the company’s nancial stability and sustainability.
• Ensure compliance with nancial regulations and internal controls while identifying and mitigating potential nancial risks.
• Oversight function on accounts payable, accounts receivable, payroll, and reconciliations, ensuring all records are precise and up-to-date.
• Work with all departments to monitor project budgets, control costs, and optimize resource allocation.
• Drive innovation by identifying ineciencies and implementing streamlined nancial systems and processes.
• Lead and mentor the nance team, fostering a culture of accountability, innovation, and excellence.
• Provide data-driven insights and recommendations to senior management to support long-term strategic planning.
• Other related duties as assigned.

QUALIFICATIONS

• A minimum of a Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting, Finance or a related eld is required.
• Minimum 7 years of experience in a Lead Financial/Accounting role, preferably in the design, architecture, or construction industries.
• Hands-on experience with accounting software like QuickBooks
• Advanced MS Excel skills including Vlookups and pivot tables
• Full ICAN/ACCA/Other Relevant Certication is mandatory.
• Thorough knowledge of strategy, tax and other accounting procedures and a sound judgement.
