Responsibilities
We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Financial Controller to join our finance team in a reputable financial institution, successful candidate will.
- Manage and reconcile financial transactions and accounts
- Prepare and review financial reports and statements
- Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements
- Analyze financial data and provide recommendations
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive business decisions
Requirements
- Bachelor's Degree in Accounting or related field with a minimum 4 years of experience in accounting or finance
- Professional certification (ACCA, ICAN, etc.) is an advantage
- Strong analytical, communication, and interpersonal skills
- Proficiency in financial software and Microsoft Office
