Financial Controller at Fadac Resources

Our client is one of Africa’s largest economy builders and continues to cement its Group’s position as one of the leading and most diversified consumer brand builders in the country. Due to expansion, they are in need of a FINANCIAL CONTROLLER

Roles & Responsibilities

• Oversee the entire finance and accounting function of the organization.
• Ensure accurate financial reporting, budgeting, and financial planning.
• Manage monthly, quarterly, and annual closing processes.
• Develop and maintain internal controls and financial policies.
• Monitor cash flow, working capital, and financial performance.
• Lead the budgeting and forecasting process and track variances.
• Ensure compliance with statutory regulations, tax laws, and accounting standards.
• Coordinate with external auditors, tax consultants, and regulatory authorities.
• Provide strategic financial insights to management to support decision■making.
• Supervise and mentor the finance and accounting team.
• Evaluate cost control, profitability, and financial risks.
• Support business expansion, investments, and financial strategy.

Key Skills / Requirements

• Strong expertise in financial management, reporting, and compliance.
• Leadership and team management skills.
• Experience in ERP systems (SAP preferred).
• Strong analytical, strategic, and decision making abilities
