Job Description

As the Financial Control Oversight and Accountability Officer, you will play a critical role.

• General accounting oversight
• Coordinating external tax accounting
• maintaining the financial stability and integrity of our organization.
• You will work closely with the finance and accounting teams to monitor, analyze, and enhance our financial control processes.

Responsibilities:

• Financial Oversight: Conduct regular reviews of financial transactions and processes to ensure compliance with internal and external regulations.
• Accountability: Implement and maintain a system for tracking and reporting financial data, ensuring transparency and accountability.
• Risk Assessment: Identify potential financial risks and recommend strategies to mitigate them.
• Auditing: Prepare and participate in internal and external audits, and coordinate with audit teams to provide necessary documentation.
• Documentation: Maintain accurate and organized financial records, ensuring all transactions are appropriately documented.
• Reporting: Generate and present financial reports to management, highlighting areas for improvement and ensuring adherence to financial goals.
• Process Improvement: Continuously assess and enhance financial control processes to optimize efficiency and accuracy.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting.
• 3-4 years of experience in financial control, accounting, or a similar role.
• Strong knowledge of financial regulations and accounting principles.
• Exceptional attention to detail and analytical skills.
• Excellent communication and teamwork abilities.
• Proficiency in financial software and tools.
