Financial Control & Compliance (FINCOM) Officer at Swift Trust Microfinance bank

Key Responsibilities:

• Monitor and manage financial transactions to ensure accuracy and compliance
• Prepare financial reports, budgets, and forecasts for management review
• Ensure proper reconciliation of accounts and oversee financial records
• Analyze financial data to support decision-making and strategic planning
• Ensure compliance with regulatory financial requirements and liaise with external auditors
• Monitor cash flow, expenditure, and financial risk to maintain stability
• Support loan disbursement tracking and financial accountability

Qualifications & Requirements:

• BSc/HND in Accounting, Finance, or a related field
• ICAN/ACCA certification (or in progress) is an added advantage
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in financial control, accounting, or banking finance
• Strong knowledge of Nigerian financial regulations and banking operations
• Analytical mindset with excellent attention to detail
