Role Description

• This is a full-time on-site role for a Business Analyst located in Lagos.
• The Business Analyst will be responsible for tasks such as analyzing business processes, gathering and documenting business requirements, and utilizing strong analytical and communication skills to support project initiatives.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement strategic business plans to drive organizational growth.
• Conduct feasibility studies to assess business opportunities and sustainability.
• Analyze data to evaluate the effectiveness of business strategies and identify areas for improvement.
• Provide insights into market trends, business development opportunities, and recommend growth strategies.
• Collaborate with key stakeholders to align the company's strategic direction with market demands.
• Analyse proposals and present it to clients

Qualifications

• Strong Analytical Skills and Business Analysis abilities
• Effective Communication skills
• Experience in Business Process analysis and improvement
• Ability to gather and document Business Requirements
• Attention to detail and critical thinking capabilities
• Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Economics, or related fields.
• 5-7 years of experience in business strategy, feasibility studies, and strategic planning.
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex data and drive business decisions.
• Experience in conglomerates or related industries is an advantage.
