Job Overview:

We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Financial Analyst/Adviser to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for conducting financial analysis, preparing investment recommendations, and providing strategic advice to clients in various industries. The ideal candidate will possess strong analytical skills, a solid understanding of financial markets, and the ability to thrive in a dynamic and fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Perform financial modelling, valuation, and analysis of potential investment opportunities.
• Conduct due diligence and research on companies, industries, and market trends.
• Prepare investment proposals, pitch books, and presentations for client meetings.
• Collaborate with senior bankers and clients to develop strategic solutions and execute transactions.
• Monitor and analyse financial performance metrics, economic indicators, and regulatory developments.
• Assist in the structuring and execution of mergers, acquisitions, and capital raising transactions.
• Provide insights and recommendations to clients based on financial analysis and market research.
• Co-ordinate Facts behind the figures meetings where the Management of the Client Company will allow Stockbrokers, Analysts and Investors to have an insight of the Company's financial statements.
• Act as a professional guide in respect of Capital market rules and operations and ensure that the Client Company complies with all the rules of the Capital market.
• Provide Professional and impartial advice continuously to Clients with the aim of ensuring that the Company satisfies NSE requirements.
• Confirm and determine that the Client has addressed and met the disclosure requirements set forth
• Co-ordinate the making of regular returns to the NSE and SEC as required by the law.
• Organize regular press conferences which will include Press Conferences as well as Analyst Conferences where the returns of the Client Company (Quarterly and Annual) will be thoroughly reviewed.
• Ensure timely release of the Client Company's financial statements.
• Arrange Investors' forum where Investors and research analysts are invited to come and interact with the management of the Client Company in order to learn more about the Company.
• Manage the Market's Perception of the Client Company to ensure the Company is portrayed as an 'Investor friendly' company.
• Manage the dissemination of information about the new developments in the Client Company to the public.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, Business Administration, or related field.
• 3 to 4 yrs  experience in investment banking, financial analysis, or related roles.
• Good proficiency in financial modeling, valuation techniques, and Excel.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to present complex information clearly and concisely.
• Ability to work effectively in a team environment and collaborate with cross-functional teams.
• Detail-oriented, with strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Understanding of regulatory frameworks and compliance requirements in investment banking.

Preferred Skills:

• CFA (Chartered Financial Analyst) or similar professional certification such as ANIM will be an added advantage.
• Experience with investment banking software and tools
• Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet tight deadlines.
