Finance Team Lead at Springrock Group

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage day-to-day operations of the finance team and ensure adherence to company policies and procedures.
• Prepare revenue projections, expenditure forecasts, and ensure adequate cash flow for smooth operations.
• Oversee timely settlement of merchant, vendor, and service provider accounts in line with SLAs.
• Prepare and review financial reports, analyses, and reconciliations to support management decisions.
• Support forecasting, budgeting, and financial performance reporting.
• Supervise audit preparations, inventory audits, and financial resolution processes.
• Recommend and implement system and process improvements for financial efficiency.
• Approve payments, refunds, chargebacks, and financial holds.
• Ensure accurate maintenance of all merchant account records.

Key Responsibilities:

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field (Master’s degree is an added advantage).
• Professional certification: ICAN, ACA, ACCA, or CFA (mandatory).
• Minimum of 2 years’ experience in a supervisory or team lead role.
• Proven experience in organizations with established financial processes and compliance standards.
