Finance Support at Total Data Limited

The finance support officer is responsible for performing the following functions:

• Ensure accurate computation and prompt Payment of all statutory compliance relating to payroll
• Ensure all account receivables are promptly paid
• Ensure that approved expenses are aligned with the overall budget

Duties and responsibilities

• Performing account reconciliations (CHI)
• Ensure prompt and accurate remittance of statutory deductions (TAX and NHF)(CHI)
• Payment of Salaries and wages
• Creating and processing invoices CHI and TGI
• Handle account inquiries from internal and external sources
• Ensure clients reimburse monthly Invoice amounts in line with SLA (CHI Group)
• Payment to vendors in adherence to SLAs and the company’s procedure/policies. (CHI)
• Maintaining accounts receivable files and records
• Other official tasks assigned by line Director

JOB REQUIREMENTS

Education  

• Minimum Education:   First Degree in Accounts or Finance
• Higher degrees/HR or Finance Professional certifications
