Position Overview:

We are looking for a qualified Finance Staff member who holds a Chartered Accountant designation. The successful candidate will play a crucial role in managing financial accounts, ensuring compliance with regulations, and contributing to the overall financial health of our organization.

Key Responsibilities:

• Prepare and maintain financial statements and reports in accordance with accounting standards.
• Ensure timely and accurate financial reporting, including monthly, quarterly, and annual reports.
• Conduct thorough financial analysis to support business decision-making.
• Manage accounts payable and accounts receivable processes.
• Assist in the preparation of budgets and forecasts, monitoring financial performance against them.
• Ensure compliance with financial regulations and standards.
• Conduct audits and ensure effective internal controls are in place.
• Collaborate with other departments to streamline financial operations.

Qualifications:

• Must be a Chartered Accountant (CA) or equivalent.
• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
• Minimum [2] years of experience in a finance or accounting role.
• Strong knowledge of accounting principles and financial regulations.
• Proficient in accounting software (e.g., QuickBooks, SAP, etc.) and Microsoft Excel.
