Data2Bots, an IT Consulting Company is seeking a qualified Finance Specialist who will be responsible for managing and overseeing the financial activities of the organization.
This includes financial reporting, analysis, budgeting, forecasting, and ensuring compliance with financial regulations and policies.
The Finance Specialist will work closely with the Finance team to provide financial insights and recommendations to support strategic decision-making and drive financial performance.
SKILLS, QUALIFICATIONS, AND REQUIREMENTS
Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field.
1 - 2 years experience as a Finance Specialist or Accountant
Proven experience in financial management, accounting, and analysis, preferably in the IT industry.
Strong understanding of financial principles, practices, and regulations.
Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with attention to detail and accuracy.
Proficient in financial analysis, financial modeling, and data interpretation.
Advanced knowledge of financial software and tools, such as ERP systems, Excel, and financial reporting software.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
Strong ethics and integrity, with a commitment to maintaining confidentiality of financial information.
RESPONSIBILITIES
Prepare and analyze financial reports, including financial statements, budgets, forecasts, and variance analysis, to provide insights and recommendations to senior management for strategic decision-making.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams, such as operations, sales, and human resources, to gather financial data and ensure accurate financial reporting and analysis.
Ensure compliance with financial regulations, policies, and procedures, and provide guidance to the organization on financial matters.
Develop and maintain financial models, tools, and processes to support financial planning, budgeting, forecasting, and analysis.
Conduct financial analysis and cost-benefit analysis to evaluate the financial impact of business initiatives and provide recommendations for improvement.
Monitor and analyze key financial performance indicators (KPIs) and operational metrics to assess the financial health of the organization and identify areas for improvement.
Support the annual budgeting process, including the development of budget guidelines, coordination with departments, and preparation of budget reports and presentations.
Provide guidance and support to the finance team, including mentoring, training, and performance evaluation.
Collaborate with external auditors and tax consultants to ensure timely and accurate completion of audits and tax filings.
Stay updated on industry trends, financial regulations, and best practices to ensure compliance and provide strategic insights to senior management.
