Finance Officer at TollyClassic Delivery

We are actively seeking outstanding individuals to join us in the roles of Finance Officer.

Responsibilities:

•  Accounts Payable/Receivable: Manage and reconcile accounts payable and receivable, ensuring timely processing of payments. 
• Budgeting and Forecasting: Create budgets and financial forecasts, analyzing variances between actual and projected financial performance.
• Financial Reporting: Prepare and maintain financial statements, including balance sheets, income statements, and cash flow statements, ensuring accuracy and compliance with accounting standards.
• Cost Tracking: Monitor and allocate costs related to logistics operations, such as transportation, warehousing, and distribution expenses.
• Audit Support: Assist with internal and external audits by providing necessary documentation and explanations.
• Record Keeping: Maintain accurate and up-to-date financial records and documentation.
• Reporting: Prepare financial reports for management to support decision-making and strategic planning.
• The role requires strong analytical skills, attention to detail, and familiarity with accounting principles and logistics operations.

Requirements:

• Bsc. in accounting, banking, and finance or related fields.
• Have at least two years of practical experience in accounting.
• Ability to work without or no supervisor.
• High typing speed on the keyboard.

Working Hours:

• Monday to Friday: 8:30 am to 5:00 pm
• Saturday: 9:00 am to 3:00 pm
