Description

• Our client is seeking a detail-oriented Finance Officer to support the company's financial operations, including accounting, invoicing, payables and receivables management, bank reconciliation, financial reporting, payroll, and general financial administration.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage daily accounting and financial transactions.
• Prepare and process invoices and monitor accounts receivable and payable.
• Conduct bank reconciliations and maintain accurate financial records.
• Prepare financial reports and support management with financial information.
• Assist with payroll processing and related financial documentation.
• Support statutory obligations and ensure compliance with relevant financial requirements.
• Maintain proper records of financial transactions and supporting documents.
• Support general financial and administrative activities as required.

Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree or relevant qualification in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
• 2–3 years of relevant accounting or finance experience.
• Good knowledge of accounting principles and financial reporting.
• Competence in invoicing, receivables, payables, and bank reconciliation.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and other relevant accounting tools.
• Strong attention to detail, numerical, analytical, and organizational skills.
