The successful candidate will ensure accurate financial reporting, effective budget management, robust internal controls, and compliance with all regulatory and statutory requirements. Requirement

• BSc. Degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics or Related field. Professional Certification such as ICAN or ACCA is required.
• Minimum of 8 years of relevant experience, preferably in real estate, construction or property development.
• Ability to budget and manage cashflow, compliance and internal control, sales and property management.
