Finance Officer at Harobed and Associates

Key Responsibilities

• Coordinate payroll processing in liaison with Harobed & Associates.
• Manage procurement budgets and monitor spending against approved limits.
• Issue sales invoices and maintain accurate records of customer payments.
• Track and record all factory expenses and revenue.
• Prepare basic financial reports for the Plant Operations Manager and management.
• Maintain accurate financial records and supporting documentation.
• Support the Plant Operations Manager with cost analysis and budgeting.
• Ensure financial transactions comply with company policy.

Requirement and competencies

Education / Qualification

• Minimum OND/HND in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, or a related field (Essential)
• Professional certification (e.g., ICAN, ANAN, ATSWA) or working towards one (Desirable)

Experience

• Prior experience in a finance, accounting, or bookkeeping role (Essential)
• Experience within a manufacturing or production environment (Desirable)

Skills Required

• Strong numeracy and attention to detail (Essential)
• Familiarity with accounting/ERP software such as Sage, QuickBooks, Zoho Books, Tally, or similar platforms (Essential)
• Proficiency in MS Excel for financial tracking and reporting (Essential)
• Basic knowledge of bookkeeping and financial record-keeping principles (Essential)
• Honesty and integrity in handling company finances (Essential)
• Ability to work with minimal supervision (Essential)
