Our client, Flexiti Limited, is seeking a meticulous Finance Officer to manage the company’s financial operations. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in accounting, financial reporting, and compliance with Nigerian regulations.

Job Responsibilities

• Manage accounts payable, receivable, and general ledger functions.
• Reconcile bank statements and resolve discrepancies.
• Prepare and analyze financial statements, budgets, and forecasts.
• Oversee payroll processing and ensure accurate payments.
• Monitor cash flow and petty cash.
• Ensure compliance with tax regulations and support audits.
• Conduct internal audits and financial risk assessments.
• Support implementation of accounting software and payroll systems.

Person Specification

• Bachelor’s degree or HND in Accounting, Finance, or related field.
• ICAN/ACCA certification (preferred).
• 2–4 years’ accounting experience, preferably in SMEs/startups.
• Strong knowledge of Nigerian financial principles and tax regulations.
• Proficiency in accounting software and Microsoft Office.
• Excellent attention to detail, analytical skills, and organizational ability.
