Key Responsibilities:

• Prepare, monitor, and manage budgets for real estate projects and operations.

• Oversee billing, invoicing, and collection of payments from clients and tenants.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
• 5+ years of experience in a finance/accounting role, preferably in real estate.
• Proficiency in accounting software (e.g., QuickBooks, Tally, SAP) and MS Excel.
• Strong understanding of financial regulations, tax laws, and real estate accounting practices.
