As the Finance Manager, you will oversee financial planning, reporting, and compliance while ensuring efficient financial management and regulatory adherence within the pharmaceutical business environment.
Responsibilities
Oversee financial planning, budgeting, and forecasting to support business operations
Prepare and review monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports for management decision-making
Manage cash flow, financial controls, and cost monitoring across the organization
Ensure compliance with statutory financial regulations, tax requirements, and internal policies
Lead financial audits and coordinate with internal teams to maintain accurate financial records
Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field
Minimum of 5 years finance experience, preferably within the pharmaceutical or healthcare sector
Professional certification such as ICAN, ACCA, or ACA is mandatory
Strong knowledge of financial reporting, taxation, and regulatory compliance
Proficiency in accounting software and advanced Microsoft Excel
