We are seeking a seasoned Finance Manager to join a dynamic and rapidly growing organization in the agro-allied space. In this pivotal role, you will be instrumental in driving financial strategy, ensuring operational efficiency, and contributing to the overall success of the company.
Key Responsibilities
Financial Planning and Analysis: Oversee financial planning, budgeting, and forecasting processes to align with strategic objectives.
Financial Reporting: Prepare accurate and timely financial reports, including income statements, balance sheets, and cash flow statements.
Risk Management: Identify, assess, and mitigate financial risks to protect the company's assets and reputation.
Team Leadership: Lead and develop a high-performing finance team, fostering a culture of excellence and continuous improvement.
Strategic Partnerships: Collaborate with key stakeholders to drive strategic initiatives and support business growth.
Qualifications And Experience
Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance
Professional certification (ICAN, ACCA) is essential
Minimum of 10 years of relevant experience, 3 to 5 in a senior finance role
Strong understanding of financial principles, accounting standards, and tax regulations
Proven track record in financial analysis, budgeting, and forecasting
Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills
Proficiency in financial software and tools (e.g., ERP systems, MS Office Suite)
