Responsibilities
Financial Strategy & Leadership:

• Develop and implement the Company’s financial strategy in alignment with overall business objectives.
• Provide strategic financial insights to support executive decision-making and business growth.
• Drive long-term financial planning, investment decisions, and cost optimization initiatives.

Financial Management & Reporting:

• Oversee preparation of accurate and timely financial statements (monthly, quarterly, annual).
• Ensure integrity of financial records and compliance with accounting standards.
• Present financial performance reports to Management and Board (where applicable).
• Monitor key financial metrics and advise on performance improvements.

Budgeting, Forecasting & Cost Control:

• Lead the annual budgeting and periodic forecasting process.
• Monitor budget performance and enforce cost control measures across departments.
• Conduct variance analysis and recommend corrective actions.

Cash Flow & Treasury Management:

• Oversee cash flow planning to ensure liquidity and financial stability.
• Manage banking relationships and optimize cash utilization.
• Implement effective working capital management strategies.

Compliance, Audit & Risk Management:

• Ensure full compliance with statutory and regulatory requirements (tax, PAYE, VAT, WHT, PENSION etc.).
• Oversee internal and external audit processes and ensure timely resolution of audit findings.
• Develop and maintain strong internal control systems to safeguard company assets.
• Identify financial and operational risks and implement mitigation strategies.

Administrative & Operational Oversight:

• Oversee administrative functions including procurement, facilities, logistics, and general office management.
• Ensure operational efficiency across all business units.
• Develop and enforce administrative policies and procedures.

Business Support & Cross-Functional Coordination: 

• Provide financial and administrative support to all business units including Naji Realties and other divisions.
• Collaborate with project managers and department heads to ensure financial discipline in project execution.
• Support business expansion initiatives with financial analysis and feasibility studies.

Team Leadership & Capacity Development

• Lead and manage the finance and administrative teams.
• Set performance targets and ensure continuous professional development of team members.
• Foster a culture of accountability, efficiency, and high performance.

Process Improvement & Systems:

• Drive automation and improvement of financial and administrative processes.
• Oversee implementation and optimization of financial systems and ERP tools.
• Ensure data accuracy, security, and reporting efficiency.

Strategic Growth & Innovation:

• Identify opportunities for revenue growth and cost efficiency.
• Provide insights into new business opportunities and investments.
• Continuously recommend innovative solutions to enhance competitiveness.

Other Responsibilities:

• Carry out all other duties as assigned by Management.
