Job Summary

• We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Finance Manager to manage our financial planning, budgeting, forecasting, and reporting.
• The ideal candidate will have a strong background in finance, excellent analytical skills, and the ability to make informed business decisions.

Key Responsibilities
Financial Planning and Budgeting:

• Develop and implement comprehensive financial plans and budgets.
• Analyze financial data to forecast future trends and make recommendations.

Financial Reporting and Analysis:

• Prepare and review monthly/quarterly/annual financial reports.
• Conduct financial analysis to identify areas for improvement.

Financial Management:

• Manage cash flow, accounts payable/receivable, and treasury functions.
• Ensure compliance with financial regulations and laws.

Risk Management:

• Identify and mitigate financial risks.
• Develop and implement risk management strategies.

Team Management:

• Supervise and mentor finance team members.
• Develop and implement training programs.

Stakeholder Engagement:

• Communicate financial information to stakeholders.
• Build relationships with banks, auditors, and other financial institutions.

Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
• Professional certification (ACA, ACCA, CIMA, or CFA).
• Minimum 5 years of experience in finance management.
• Strong knowledge of financial regulations and laws.
• Excellent analytical, communication, and leadership skills.
• Proficient in financial software (QuickBooks, SAP, or Oracle).
• Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.

Desirable Qualities:

• MBA or Master's degree in Finance.
• ICAN
• Knowledge of Nigerian financial regulations and laws.
• Certification in risk management or auditing.
