Finance Manager at Instollar LLC

The Role

• This is more than a reporting role. You will work closely with the CEO and leadership team to strengthen financial discipline, improve visibility into business performance and build a finance function that can support a growing startup.

You will:

• Manage end-to-end finance and accounting operations
• Manage accounts payable and receivable
• Prepare monthly and quarterly management accounts and financial reports
• Manage cash flow, budgeting, forecasting and cost control
• Build and maintain financial models to support planning and strategic decisions
• Set up and continuously improve finance policies, procedures and internal controls
• Maintain and optimize our use of QuickBooks
• Prepare financial and performance reports for investors and the Board
• Support audits, tax and regulatory compliance
• Provide financial insights to support commercial and operational decisions

Who We’re Looking For

You should have:

• Strong startup or high-growth company experience
• Excellent financial modelling and advanced Excel skills
• Strong accounting and financial reporting knowledge
• Hands-on QuickBooks experience
• Experience establishing or improving finance systems and structures
• Strong analytical and problem-solving ability
• Excellent communication and presentation skills
• Ability to translate financial information into clear business insights
• A degree in Finance, Accounting or a related field
• ACA, ACCA, CIMA or similar professional qualification is highly desirable
• Experience within technology, marketplaces, renewable energy or other fast-growing businesses will be an advantage.
