Finance Manager at Cozym Process Systems (CPS)

Role Overview

• We are seeking a strategic and hands-on Finance Manager to lead and oversee all financial aspects of our business.
• The ideal candidate will be responsible for budgeting, forecasting, financial reporting, compliance, and providing insights that support effective decisionmaking.
• This role requires a mix of leadership, operational finance, and analytical expertise to support business growth and sustainability.

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee the financial operations of the company, including accounting, budgeting, and reporting.
• Develop and implement financial policies and procedures.
• Provide strategic financial planning and analysis to support business goals.
• Monitor cash flow, manage investments, and optimize financial performance.
• Prepare and present financial reports to senior management and stakeholders.
• Ensure compliance with accounting standards and legal requirements.
• Oversee tax planning and compliance.
• Contribute to the continuous improvement of finance processes and systems.
• Lead and mentor the finance team.

Requirements

Experience:

• Minimum of 5 years of experience, with at least 3 years in this capacity
• Proven experience in a managerial finance role.

Skills:

• Strong knowledge of financial regulations and accounting principles.
• Excellent leadership and team management skills.
• Strategic thinking and decision-making abilities.
• Effective communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment.
• High level of integrity and confidentiality.
• Ability to use accounting software like SAGE.

Education:

• Bachelor’s degree in finance, Accounting, or a related field (master’s is an added advantage).
• Professional certification (e.g., ACA, ACCA) is preferred.
