Role Description

• We are looking for a strategic financial professional with competencies in critical areas such as financial analysis, financial reporting, identification and management of financial activities, and creating short-, mid-, and long-term financial objectives for the organization.
• This role will require you to keep abreast of industry trends and have deep commercial awareness with a keen interest in the growth, efficiency, and profitability of an organization.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 5 years’ experience.
• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Economics, or any other related discipline.
• Relevant professional qualifications such as ACA, CIMA, CPA, and ACCA.
• Good attention to detail.
• Excellent communication, presentation, and facilitation skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Solid proficiency in Microsoft Office and other financial planning software.
• Ability to analyze and manage the balance sheet considering the assets and liabilities and ensuring that Telko can meet liquidity requirements as they fall due.
• Good interpersonal and relationship management skills.
