    Finance Intern

    Responsibilities

    • Provide general accounting support, including journal entries and account reconciliations.
    • Assist in developing and preparing budget proposals with comprehensive financial analysis.
    • Support in preparing and reconciling Project Profit & Loss statements for accurate financial reporting.
    • Assist with inventory management and reconciliation.
    • Assist with project reporting, including tracking project costs and progress.
    • Assist with the preparation of monthly and quarterly financial analysis packets for management.
    • Provide insights and recommendations based on financial analysis.
    • Interface with team members in various departments, including the engineering, operations, and healthcare teams.
    • Support overall department goals and objectives.
    • Fulfill other ad-hoc finance requests as requested by management.

    Requirements

    • Ability to work in a fast-paced, changing environment.
    • Demonstrated team player.
    • Confident self-starter who has demonstrated drive.
    • Excellent organization skills, ability to independently prioritize multiple tasks and work to deadlines.
    • Collaborate and problem-solve cross-functionally.
    • A background in accounting or finance is preferred.
