As Finance Executive, you will lead complete finance operations including budgeting, forecasting, cash flow management, and profitability. You will deliver clear financial reporting and drive actions that improve margins, reduce costs, and support business growth.
Key responsibilities include managing month-end close and compliance, analyzing financial data for operational insights, optimizing working capital, and building financial models for strategic decision-making. You will demonstrate strong analytical rigor, attention to detail, and the ability to communicate complex financial information to senior management and boards.
Key Requirements
Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field; ACA or ACCA certification preferred
Minimum 3+ years of experience in financial management, accounting, or cost accounting in consumer goods, manufacturing, or FMCG
Proven track record in budgeting, forecasting, and cash flow management
Proficiency in QuickBooks or Sage accounting software and advanced Excel skills
Strong understanding of P&L management, cost control, and working capital optimization
Excellent analytical skills with ability to provide strategic financial insights and communicate effectively with senior management and boards
Experience with month-end close processes, tax compliance, and statutory reporting
Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
