Finance Executive at Bradfield Consulting

JOB PURPOSE: 

• Assist the Financial Adviser in financial strategy development and execution.
• Finance executive is to ensure integration of operational & financial measures aimed at achieving growth & profitability for the business in the short, medium and long-term.
• Manage the budget, responsibility for Financial performance report preparation for Financial Adviser’s review and commentary.
• Involve in statutory audit preparation and tax returns on monthly and yearly basis for all companies under the group.

JOB FUNCTIONS 

• Responsible for timely financial reporting, management accounts and trial balance preparation
• Treasury services (funds management)/ Banking relationship management
• Responsibility for Accounts receivables and communication with team heads
• Responsibility for statutory tax matters - State and Federal; ITF, NSITF
• Verification of invoices raised before release from
• Finance and ensure copies of all invoices raised are acknowledged by the customers and filed for payment reconciliation
• Ensure that all negotiated transactions both local and international are well documented
• Ensure physical Stock (Inventory) reflect true and fair position through documented reconciliation.
• Follow-up on the receivable collections though contacts / Sales team
• Ensure that the ERP system/any accounting
• Software In Place For Company Transactions Are Not compromised by staff/management and the controls must be strictly adhered to.
