Job Summary

• We are seeking a highly experienced Finance Director (Accountant)to oversee and manage all financial activities of our factory operations.
• The role requires strong leadership, sound manufacturing accounting experience, and the ability to drive cost efficiency and compliance.

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee all accounting and financial operations of the company
• Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports
• Manage budgeting, cost control, and production costing
• Ensure compliance with tax and statutory obligations (VAT, PAYE, WHT, etc.)
• Supervise and develop the accounts and finance team
• Provide financial analysis and strategic support to management

Requirements

• B.Sc / HND in Accounting, Finance, or related field
• Professional qualification: ICAN, ACCA, or ANAN (is added advantage)
• Minimum of 4years accounting experience
• Proven experience in a factory/manufacturing environment
• Strong knowledge of cost accounting and financial controls.
