Finance Controller at Workforce Group

Role Overview

The Finance Controller will lead financial reporting, budgeting, compliance, treasury management, and strategic advisory functions while ensuring strong internal controls and regulatory alignment.

Key Responsibilities

•  Oversee monthly, quarterly & annual financial reporting
•  Lead budgeting, forecasting & variance analysis
•  Ensure regulatory, tax & IFRS compliance
•  Manage treasury, cash flow & working capital
•  Supervise and develop finance team members
•  Provide strategic financial insights to leadership

Requirements

•  Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field
•  ICAN / ACCA (Mandatory)
•  7–10+ years progressive finance experience
•  3–5 years in a senior financial leadership role
•  Strong IFRS & financial controls expertise
•  Advanced Excel & financial systems proficiency
