Key Responsibilities

Financial Management & Planning

• Develop and implement financial strategies to drive business growth and profitability.
• Oversee budgeting, forecasting, and financial modeling to support decision-making.
• Monitor financial performance, analyze variances, and recommend corrective actions.
• Ensure compliance with financial regulations, tax laws, and corporate governance policies.
• Conduct risk assessments and due diligence on potential investments.
• Develop investment policies and strategies to ensure portfolio diversification and risk mitigation.
• Monitor financial markets, industry trends, and economic indicators to guide investment decisions.

Risk & Treasury Management

• Manage cash flow, liquidity, and capital allocation to optimize financial efficiency.
• Implement strategies to mitigate financial risks, including currency fluctuations, market volatility, and credit risks.
• Establish strong internal controls and financial reporting systems to enhance transparency and accountability.
• Prepare and present financial reports to senior management, investors, and regulatory bodies.
• Collaborate with external auditors, tax consultants, and financial institutions.

Qualifications & Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field.
• A Master’s degree or professional certification (e.g., CFA, ACCA, ICAN) is an added advantage.
• 5+ years of experience in finance, investment management, or corporate finance, preferably in a fast-paced industry.
• Strong analytical and financial modeling skills.
• In-depth knowledge of investment strategies, portfolio management, and risk assessment.
• Proficiency in financial software, ERP systems, and advanced Excel functions.
• Excellent leadership, communication, and decision-making skills.
