Qualifications:

• Minimum 5 years of experience in a similar role, preferably in the education sector.
• Strong financial management skills, including budgeting, forecasting, and financial reporting.
• Proven HR expertise, with experience in recruitment, employee relations, and training.
• Excellent organizational and time management skills.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
