Finance Analyst at MBO Capital Management Company

JOB DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES

• Participate in preparing accounts of MBO Capital Management Limited and its portfolio companies.
• Assist with implementing and maintaining internal financial control and procedures.
• Suggest updates and improvements for accounting systems, including payroll and invoicing.
• Ensure that all financial transactions are properly recorded, filed, and reported.
• Assist in the implementation of financial reporting systems to comply with government regulations and legislation.
• Assist with preparation and coordination of the audit process.
• Assist in the development of budgets and financial plans for the company.
• Perform periodic account and bank reconciliation

COMPETENCIES REQUIREMENTS 

• Demonstrated competencies and knowledge in Financial Reporting, Management Reporting, financial modelling, Taxation.
• Strong understanding of IFRS
• Experience in dealing with internal and external auditors.
• Strong Analytical skills
• General accounting principles
• Proficient use of Accounting software
• Proficient use of Microsoft Office
