Responsible for the day-to-day entry and Reconciliation
Job Description
Cash withdrawal for the company from different bank as per need of the company.
Making daily collection/payment entries.
Uses and is familiar with the company’s financial computer systems Microsoft Navision, manuals and procedures.
Maintains adequate records of all transactions and ensures that transactions are posted daily / weekly (i.e. local banking transactions, receipts, cheque payments, fund transfer, online payments etc.)
Conducts daily & monthly bank reconciliation and get the bank statement through online channel or through mail.
Conducts monthly inter company reconciliation.
Prepare monthly schedule of Major GL of chart of accounts.
Will be part of monthly stock taking of the company
Any other responsibility assigned by line manager
Job Requirements
Candidates should have First Degree in related field
Ability to work with less supervision
Must have a minimum of 3 years Experience in Manufacturing Sector
