Job Summary

• Responsible for the day-to-day entry and Reconciliation

Job Description

• Cash withdrawal for the company from different bank as per need of the company.
• Making daily collection/payment entries.
• Uses and is familiar with the company’s financial computer systems Microsoft Navision, manuals and procedures.
• Maintains adequate records of all transactions and ensures that transactions are posted daily / weekly (i.e. local banking transactions, receipts, cheque payments, fund transfer, online payments etc.)
• Conducts daily & monthly bank reconciliation and get the bank statement through online channel or through mail.
• Conducts monthly inter company reconciliation.
• Prepare monthly schedule of Major GL of chart of accounts.
• Will be part of monthly stock taking of the company
• Any other responsibility assigned by line manager

Job Requirements

• Candidates should have First Degree in related field
• Ability to work with less supervision
• Must have a minimum of 3 years Experience in Manufacturing Sector
• Must have knowledge of Accounting Software
