    Filling Officer

    ICS Outsourcing Limited - Our client, a financial institution is recruiting to fill the position below:

    Job Title: Filing Officer

    Location: Victoria Island, Lagos

    Responsibilities

    • File paperwork in the appropriate area
    • Ensure  accuracy of the filing system
    • Retrieve paperwork when it is requested
    • Input paperwork into an electronic database
    • Update records with new information
    • Perform regular quality checks on the file system
    • Keep logs of paperwork that is taken out

    Required Qualifications, Skills & Experience

    • Candidates should posses an OND upper credit
    • Great attention to details
    • Good knowledge of Microsoft Office
    • Knowledge of filing systems
    • Must not be above 27 years old
    • Must live around Lagos Island / Victoria Island / Lekki area of Lagos.

    Salary
    50k
